This accounts for 5 different headhunters in less than 2 months, something I consider to be flattering and humbling, despite a rather adventurous phone call (to my office, in working hours) to try to tease me with an offer… a call that didn’t lasted much since the headhuntress refused to say who gave them all my information… gee, such an unfortunate decision, I ended up expressing a total lack of interest in starting any kind of relation which doesn’t involve enough transparency at that given time.
SO… I’ve decided to “go official” and set things clear. This is my answer to the last job query I received and it is now my current statement, I hope it stays like that for a while:

Sorry for my (very) late answer. I’d like to express my gratitude for considering me as a potential candidate for your Client, that alone is quite flattering for me. Thank you.
On the other hand, I’m obliged to turn down your offer, the single and only reason is that I’m awesomely happy at my current Job at Plain Concepts! and yes… it is so that I haven’t even taken the time to describe all the amazing work and stuff we’re building and up to create!
With this I’m not permanently closing the door to any talks in the future, It is just that I feel that we’re creating great stuff: the kind of stuff that is meaningful, transformative and nutritive for everybody: for the Company, for us working here and, most importantly, to our Clients.
That alone is worth bypassing other Opportunities, I’ve decided this is the moment for doing this, for focusing and crunching hard for a longer period. Also I’m convinced that other different and equally amazing challenges will come along the road in the future, it is just that their time, our time, hasn’t come yet.
I really hope you can find the perfect match for the position you’re seeking, Is known beforehand that it is not an easy task.
